Need more credits, want access to additional features, or wish to switch from monthly to annual billing? No problem! You can easily upgrade your ActiveCast subscription plan at any time.
Depending on your current subscription, you can upgrade in the following ways:
From a monthly plan to the same plan with annual billing.
From any monthly plan to any annual plan.
From a monthly plan to a higher-tier monthly plan.
From an annual plan to a higher-tier annual plan.
Note: If you're on the Starter plan and run out of credits, you'll need to upgrade your plan to get more. With the Pro and Max plans, you can purchase additional credits without upgrading your subscription.
What happens when I upgrade my plan?
All subscription upgrades take effect immediately, whether you're on a monthly or annual plan.
When you upgrade:
Your new plan starts immediately. You're switched to your new subscription, and a new billing cycle begins.
Any remaining credits are taken into account. The prorated value of your unused credits from your previous plan is deducted from the upgrade charge.
You pay for the new plan, minus the value of your remaining credits. The amount you're charged depends on how many unused credits you have, not on how much time remains in your current billing cycle.
For example, you subscribed to the monthly Starter plan on December 10. On December 20, you decide to upgrade to the annual Pro plan, and you've already used all your credits. Since you have no remaining credits, you'll pay the full price of the annual Pro plan when you upgrade.
Another example, you subscribed to the annual Pro plan on March 15. On June 5, you decide to upgrade to the annual Max plan, and you still have 4000 credits remaining. The prorated value of your 4,000 unused credits will be deducted from the upgrade charge, reducing the amount you pay for your new plan.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
Upgrading is simple:
Find the plan you want to upgrade to.
Click the Change plan button under your chosen plan.
Your new subscription will take effect immediately.
