ActiveCast is a subscription-based service. When you subscribe to a plan, it renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days from the date you subscribe. Every renewal leads to a monthly charge and grants you a specific number of credits.

Annual subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months from the date you subscribe. When you choose an annual plan, you pay for the entire year upfront and receive up to 17% discount compared to paying monthly. You'll also receive your full annual credit allocation immediately after your subscription is activated.

You can control your subscription (change/cancel) on the Billing page of your account.

You can manage your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account. From there, you can:

Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you downgrade an annual plan, the new plan will become active when your next annual billing period begins.

Upgrades take effect immediately for both monthly and annual subscriptions.

We offer 3 subscription plans: Starter, Pro, and Max.

Starter Plan: Designed for personal. It provides 2,200 monthly credits or 26,400 credits per year with an annual subscription; 2 simultaneous generations. All AI models are available on Starter plan. However, it does not support the use of Advanced AI models, as they consume significantly more credits per generation.

Pro Plan: Ideal for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and commercial use. This plan comes with 7,000 credits per month or 84,000 credits per year; 4 simultaneous generations; access to all available and new AI models.

Agency Plan: The perfect match for marketing agencies and businesses that need larger credit allocations, including reseller capabilities. It includes 25,000 credits monthly or 300,000 credits annually; 8 simultaneous generations; access to all available, new, and beta AI models.

Note. Simultaneous or parallel generations mean that you can generate several videos at the same time.

If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credit packages at any time with Pro and Max plans.

Note. Purchase of additional credits is not available with Starter plan. To be able to purchase add-ons you need to upgrade your Starter plan to Pro or Max plan.

The credit rate remains the same for both Pro and Max subscription plans. However, the more credits you buy, the less you pay. It means that the price per credit decreases as the size of the credit package increases, allowing you to save more when purchasing larger bundles.
