Unlike PromoAI, which offers a fixed cost per generation, ActiveCast supports multiple AI models, each with its own credit consumption rate. As a result, the number of videos you can generate each month depends on how your credits are used.
The total number of videos you can create varies based on several factors:
Your subscription plan. Each subscription plan includes a different monthly or annual credit allocation. The more credits your plan includes, the more videos you can potentially generate.
The AI model you choose. Each AI model has its own credit consumption rate. More advanced models typically require more credits because they generate higher-quality videos with more sophisticated capabilities.
Complexity of the video. The more details you add, the longer video you create, and the bigger resolution you select the more complex the video becomes and the more credits it will consume.
Selected image. All Shutterstock images added to a video project require extra credits upon download.
Photo editing = Scene generation. You can edit your image before using it to generate a video. However, that image editing requires additional credits.
Each Scene generation requires additional credits. The number of credits deducted depends on the AI model you select. Nano Banana 2 Lite uses 45 credits per generation, while all other models use 90 credits per generation.
For instance, with the monthly Starter plan, your 2,200-credit limit allows you to generate approximately 15 videos with the “Veo 3.1 Lite” AI model or about 2 with “Seedance 1.5 Pro”. Since video complexity varies, these numbers are only estimates.
Consequently, if your videos are highly complex, with higher resolution, longer duration and better AI model the total number of generations will decrease. With monthly Starter plan the output for the “Seedance 1.5” model may drop to 2 or 1 videos or even 0, while generations using the “Veo” model could fall to 10, 8, or fewer.
Please note that this is only estimated not the actual amount of videos that can be generated.
Additionally, each time you generate a Scene with Scene Builder or download a video containing Shutterstock image additional credits will be consumed.
