Although both PromoAI and ActiveCast are part of Promo.com, they use different AI technologies and credit models. As a result, each tool requires its own subscription plan.

Note. Because the two tools use different credit models and generation technologies, credits cannot be transferred, converted, combined, or shared between them.

With PromoAI, downloading/publishing a video always costs 1 PromoAI credit, regardless of the video's length (up to 5 minutes) or the number of premium images and video clips used.

ActiveCast uses a credit -based pricing system. The number of credits required to generate a video depends on the AI model you select, duration, and resolution of the video. More advanced models typically consume more credits because they deliver higher-quality results. Additionally, all videos that contain Shutterstock images require extra credits upon download.

Since both tools are part of Promo.com, you can access and manage them from the same account.

If you subscribe to ActiveCast, PromoAI, or both, you can manage all of your subscriptions from the Billing page in your Promo.com account.

Videos generated with ActiveCast can also be edited in PromoAI.

For example, if you'd like to add text, background music, a logo, or a watermark, simply upload your generated ActiveCast video to your Promo account and continue editing it using the available editing tools.

Note. If you edit your ActiveCast video with PromoAI or non-AI tool, an active paid subscription plan to PromoAI is required to download it.
