No. Credits from PromoAI cannot be used to generate videos in ActiveCast, and credits from ActiveCast cannot be used in PromoAI.
Although both tools are part of Promo.com, they use different AI technologies and credit systems.
With PromoAI, downloading/publishing a video always costs 1 PromoAI credit, regardless of the video's length (up to 5 minutes) or the number of premium images and video clips included.
ActiveCast uses a credit -based system. The number of credits required for each video generation depends primarily on the AI model you select, as well as duration, and resolution of the video. Additionally, all videos that contain Shutterstock images require extra credits upon download.
Because the two tools use different credit models and generation technologies, credits cannot be transferred, converted, combined, or shared between them.
On ActiveCast tool, you can check only the amount of remaining ActiveCast credits.
Whereas on PromoAI tool you can see both PromoAI and ActiveCast remaing credits.
