Important Information About Download Credits

Please note that, due to licensing requirements, downloading videos containing images from Shutterstock requires additional credits. The number of credits required depends on the selected image.

This does not apply to StoryBlocks images or images you upload yourself.

Follow these simple steps to download your video:

Navigate to the <a href="https://promo.com/activecast/my-videos" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">My Videos</a> tab.

Hover over the video you want to download and click View Video.

Before downloading, hover over the Download Video button to check how many credits will be deducted.

Once you’ve reviewed the credit cost, click Download Video to download the video to your computer.

- Navigate to the <a href="https://promo.com/activecast/my-videos" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">My Videos</a> tab.
- Hover over the video you want to download and click View Video.
- Before downloading, hover over the Download Video button to check how many credits will be deducted.
- Once you’ve reviewed the credit cost, click Download Video to download the video to your computer.

Tip: If downloading your video requires no additional credits, hovering over the Download Video button will display 0.
