Shutterstock and StoryBlocks are the content providers for all stock photos available in the ActiveCast library.
The PromoAI media library uses content provided by Getty Images and iStock.
Because each tool uses a different licensed media library, stock images from one tool cannot be used in the other. However, any photos that you upload directly to your Promo.com account are available in both PromoAI and ActiveCast.
Getty Images photos cannot be used to generate ActiveCast videos. To use Getty Images photos for AI video generation, you must obtain a special license directly from Getty Images that explicitly permits this type of use. You are responsible for obtaining the license and covering any associated costs. Once licensed, you must download the images directly from the Getty Images website.
Please note that Getty Images photos available through the PromoAI library cannot be used to generate ActiveCast videos, as they are not licensed for this purpose.
Note. Only you have access to your uploaded content in your Promo account. It is yours, therefore it cannot be found/used by other users in our libraries. All your generated images with the help of Scene Builder tool are also visible only to you.
Note: You must have the appropriate license or permission to animate any image you upload. If you are unsure whether you have the necessary rights, please check with the photographer or the platform where you obtained the image.
Note. Children’s photos can be animated, but they cannot speak by default. Voice generation for child characters is currently unavailable due to complex licensing terms governing the use of children’s photos in AI-generated video, even when parental consent has been provided.
