Now it's easier to view and filter your social media posts, ensuring you can quickly find and manage your content. This guide walks you through the process of viewing and filtering your social media posts on Promo.com.
1. Log In to Your Promo.com Account
Navigate to https://promo.com/planner/my-calendar and log in with your credentials.
2. Viewing Your Posts
Once you're in the Social Media section, you can view all your video posts in one place. This includes posts that were Published, that are Scheduled to be published, that are Suggested by AI, and that are Drafts to be scheduled. You will see a view of the month and each day's social media posts, and can navigate between months.
3. Filtering Your Video Posts
Filtering helps you manage and locate specific posts efficiently. Here's how you can apply filters:
Filter by Brand:
If you manage multiple Brands, you can filter video posts by their brand.Select the brand you want to see, and posts from other brands will be hidden
Filter by Post status:
Use the status filter to view video posts that are scheduled, published, drafts or AI Suggested. Simply select the desired status from the filter options.
Filter by Social Media Platform:
If you manage multiple social media accounts, you can filter video posts by social platform that they have been published or scheduled to. These include Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
Here's how to do it:
Click on the 'Filters' icon and label on the top right of your planner. You will see a dropdown of filtering options to choose from.
Select your target options that include Post type, and/or Social media platform.
When you have made your selection, click 'Apply.'
The dropdown will close automatically, and only video posts that meet your filter criterion will be visible. Other video posts that are not part of the filter you have selected, will be hidden.
