Note: you can generate AI videos with all plans, but download/publish/post/schedule them with Semiannual, Standard, and Pro plans only.

To start generating your AI video, please paste the video description or your business website URL into the empty field and click “Generate.” You will be redirected to the PromoAI page, where you can customize the description, select a Brand and add more details such as your logo, watermark, and color.

If you entered your website URL, PromoAI will automatically fetch information from it for easy customization.

Once you finish customizing your video, click "Next"

Select desired amount of videos you wish to generate, the dates for which you would like them to be generated, aspect ratio and language. Then click “Next” and your videos will be ready within a few minutes :)

This option will take you directly to PromoAI. Once there, you can enter your website URL, link to your Amazon product, or start with a topic. Click “Next” to customize details and generate your amazing videos:

Note: you can create and download/publish/post/schedule regular non-AI videos with all of our plans. However, if your plan offers a limited number of Premium clips, please be mindful of the amount of Premium clips and Premium photos in your videos.

Apart from generating AI videos, you can also create regular non-AI videos. You can start with ready-made video templates and customize them for your business.

Note: you can create and download/publish/post/schedule regular non-AI videos with all of our plans. However, if your plan offers a limited number of Premium clips, please be mindful of the amount of Premium clips and Premium photos in your videos.

You can also create your regular non-AI videos from scratch. Simply select footage from our library and customize it by adding your text, logo, watermark, and music.

Note: The number of Brands you can manage varies depending on the plan you have, e.g., 1 Brand with Basic plan; 3 Brands with Standard plan, and 10 Brands with Pro plan.

You can access your Brands page in two ways:

Select “Brands” option under “My Workspace”

Select “Manage brands” under the “Create New” button:

Both options will redirect you to your Brands page, where you can add new Brands or manage existing ones.

On your Brands page you can:

Add new Brand:

Edit your existing brand:

Duplicate it (you need to hover over your Brand to see this option):

Delete it (you need to hover over your Brand to see this option):

Set it as default:

This option will redirect you to Promo AI tool, where you can create a new Brand by entering your website URL or link to your Amazon product. Once you enter your website URL or link to your Amazon product click “Next” and your new Brand will be created.
