In this article, we show you how to delete your Promo account permanently from our service. When you delete your account, you lose all of your saved drafts and published videos. Before you delete, make sure to download your videos if you would like them in the future as they will be completely removed from our archives.
To delete your account, simply follow these steps.
Step One
While logged into your Promo account, go to the top right corner of the navigation bar and hover your mouse over your name. A drop-down bar will appear. Click "My account" button from the drop-down bar.
Step Two
You will be taken to your account details. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will see a "Delete Account" heading. Click the large "Delete Account" button. Confirm on the pop-up and your account will then be permanently deleted.
