When reporting a bug, please follow these steps:
- Add a short description of the issue you have experienced with the scenario that caused it. ( Make sure you are using the most up to date version of your browser and we recommend Google Chrome)
- Write a detailed description of the bug and answer to the following questions: When did it first occur? Does it happen all the time or if you do something specific? Did you try more than once?
- Are you using a Windows PC or a Mac?
- Did you check firewalls and are you using an office or home environment
- If possible, add screenshots or videos. They will be very helpful for our team to resolve quicker.
