You can download your video in Full HD or HD directly onto your computer as an MP4 file, then post it on your website, your social media pages, or send it in an email.
If you are seeing a billing page pop-up when you try to download, it may be because your subscription plan does not include access to footage that is contained in your video. For instance, a 'Basic' plan includes access to up to 10 Premium clips per month, so if your video puts you over the limit of Premium clips, you will need to upgrade in order to download the video.
This article walks you through how to download your finalized video, but you do have other options- you can use Promo.com to post directly to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and LinkedIn. You can schedule your video to be sent to one of those social media platforms at a later date. You can embed the video into your website, turn it into a GIF or JPEG, or upload it to your file storage service like Google Drive, Hubspot, Dropbox or Wistia.
It's worth mentioning that while finalized videos you create are available for download, it is not possible to download raw stock images or video assets directly, due to legal and copyright restrictions.
