Absolutely! You can regenerate a video at any time, even after it was downloaded.
Note. Due to licensing requirements, videos containing images from Shutterstock require additional credits to download. Amount of credits differ depending on the selected image.
Each regenerated video is saved as a new version in the My Videos tab, allowing you to access and use both the original and regenerated versions independently.
Please note that every regeneration creates a new AI-generated video and consumes an additional set of credits.
How do I regenerate my video?
There are 2 ways how you can regenerate your video.
Duplicate your video — Create a copy of your video project and generate a new version while keeping the original.
Generate from last frame — Create a new version using the existing video as a starting point, without duplicating the project.
Duplicate Project
When you select Duplicate project, a copy of your video project will be created and opened in the editor. All settings from the original project will be saved, so you can adjust them as needed before generating a new video. Once generated, the new video will be saved in the My Videos tab alongside the original. This allows you to keep both versions in your account.
If your video contains a Shutterstock image, downloading each project for the first time will consume additional credits. The number of credits required depends on the Shutterstock image used.
2. Generate from last frame.
When you select “Generate from last frame”, your project will not be duplicated. Instead, the editor will open with the previous settings cleared, so you'll need to enter them again from scratch.
Once you generate the new video, it will replace the original version in your account. The original video cannot be restored through the platform, so make sure to download it before selecting “Generate” from last frame if you want to keep a copy. Credits will be deducted for first download in this case.
The good news is that downloading a video regenerated using “Generate from last frame” option is free of additional download credits. You'll still need to pay the required generation credits to create the new video.
Note. If you want to keep both the original and the regenerated versions in your account, choose Duplicate project instead.
