When reporting a bug, please follow these steps:

  1. Add a short description of the issue you have experienced with the scenario that caused it. ( Make sure you are using the most up to date version of your browser and we recommend Google Chrome)
  2. Write a detailed description of the bug and answer to the following questions: When did it first occur? Does it happen all the time or if you do something specific? Did you try more than once? 
  3. Are you using a Windows PC or a Mac?
  4. Did you check firewalls and are you using an office or home environment
  5. If possible, add screenshots or videos. They will be very helpful for our team to resolve quicker.
